Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
4. Stir in tomato paste, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
5. Pour in beef broth and red wine, bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 4 hours.
7. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for another hour.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge.
