Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Red Wine
  • 4 Carrots sliced
  • 4 Potatoes diced
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 2 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in tomato paste, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • 5. Pour in beef broth and red wine, bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 4 hours.
  • 7. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for another hour.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge.
