Ingredients:

red bell pepper, chopped

smoked paprika

chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.
Add garlic and red bell pepper, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Stir in smoked paprika, cumin, thyme, oregano, and chili flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
Add sliced sausages and cook until browned.
Stir in chickpeas, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste.
