Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Green Chilies chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the chopped green chilies, beef broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a chilly evening. Serve with warm tortillas or crusty bread.
