Beef broth

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef chunks and brown on all sides.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in tomato paste, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Add carrots and potatoes to the pot. Simmer for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
6. Stir in peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like celery or mushrooms if you like.
