Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tuna, cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Add tuna and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve hot with crusty bread.

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day after the flavors have melded together.
