Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Onion, chopped

Garlic, minced

Diced tomatoes

Fish stock

Olive oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in diced tomatoes and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
Add paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Add tuna and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day after the flavors have melded together.
