Ingredients:

heavy cream

ranch seasoning mix

carrots, diced

potatoes, diced

garlic, minced

salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add the onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
4. Stir in the carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Stir in the heavy cream and ranch seasoning mix.
8. Simmer for another 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
