Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add lamb chunks and brown on all sides.
3. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
5. Add chopped cabbage and sliced carrots.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours or until lamb is tender.
