Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Potatoes

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the pot over medium-high heat and add the beef stew meat. Cook until browned.
  • 2. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  • 4. Add the diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Add the carrots and potatoes. Simmer for another 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cold day. Adjust the spices to your liking.
