drained and rinsed

onion

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
4. Stir in the garlic, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Cook for another minute.
5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
7. Add the chickpeas and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
