Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
  • Add diced tomatoes and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add shrimp and crab meat. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  • Simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices to your taste.
