Pork shoulder

Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Brown the pork shoulder cubes on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add the onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
4. Add the carrots and potatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Return the pork to the pot. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours or until pork is tender.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or bell peppers.
