Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Spinach chopped
  • 2 pieces Red Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 piece Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Palm Oil
  • 1 cup Stock chicken or beef
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat the palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped red bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the stock and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot with rice or your preferred side.

This stew is perfect for a hearty meal. Adjust spices to your preference.
