Gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
4. Stir in soy sauce and gochujang, cook for another minute.
5. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
6. Add daikon radish and carrots, reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
