Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Smoked Sausage sliced
  • 4 ears Corn cut into thirds
  • 1.5 lb Red Potatoes halved
  • 1 packet Seafood Boil Seasoning
  • 1 large Onion quartered
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon halved

Instructions: 

  • 1. Fill a large pot with enough water to cover all ingredients. Add the seafood boil seasoning and bring to a boil.
  • 2. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add the corn and sausage, cook for another 10 minutes.
  • 4. Add the shrimp, onion, garlic, and lemon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • 5. Drain and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other seafood like crab legs or clams.
