white fish fillets
cut into chunks

onion
chopped

garlic

bell pepper

diced tomatoes

fish or chicken broth

paprika
Salt and pepper
to taste

olive oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
Add diced tomatoes, broth, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
Add fish and sausage back to the pot. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Enjoy this hearty stew with some crusty bread on the side.
