Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 0.5 lb sausage sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups fish or chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  • Add diced tomatoes, broth, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add fish and sausage back to the pot. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Enjoy this hearty stew with some crusty bread on the side.
