Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, and peas. Bring to a boil.
Return the meatballs to the pot, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender and meatballs are cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or green beans.
