Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Add chicken chunks, cook until browned.
  • 4. Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
