Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 250 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary dried
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 4. Add the beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary. Stir well to combine.
  • 5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes for extra heartiness.
