Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add heavy cream, grated parmesan, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
  • Simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Stir in baby spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or potatoes for extra heartiness.
