Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup palm oil
  • 2 cups chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups assorted meats (beef, tripe, cow skin)
  • 1 cup ground crayfish
  • 1 cup iru (locust beans)
  • 2 cups blended tomatoes and peppers
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Seasoning cubes

Instructions: 

  • Heat palm oil in a pot until it becomes clear.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add blended tomatoes and peppers, cook until the oil separates.
  • Add assorted meats and iru, stir well.
  • Add ground crayfish, seasoning cubes, and salt to taste.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Notes:

Serve with Ofada rice or any preferred side.
