assorted meats (beef, tripe, cow skin)

ground crayfish

iru (locust beans)

blended tomatoes and peppers
to taste

to taste
Seasoning cubes
Instructions:
Heat palm oil in a pot until it becomes clear.
Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add blended tomatoes and peppers, cook until the oil separates.
Add assorted meats and iru, stir well.
Add ground crayfish, seasoning cubes, and salt to taste.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes:
Serve with Ofada rice or any preferred side.
