Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken wings in the pressure cooker.
  • Pour BBQ sauce and chicken broth over the chicken wings.
  • Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release.
  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Transfer chicken wings to a baking sheet and brush with more BBQ sauce.
  • Broil in the oven for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
