Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  • Add the onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped cabbage and diced potatoes, stir well.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
  • Stir the cabbage and potatoes before serving.

Notes:

You can add other vegetables like carrots or celery for added flavor and nutrition.
