Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork shoulder in the Instant Pot and pour the marinade over it.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 45 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before manually releasing the remaining pressure.
Shred the pork using two forks and serve with your favorite sides.
