  • 2 cups dried garbanzo beans
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Optional Seasonings

  • to taste garlic, onion, bay leaf, etc. optional

Instructions: 

  • Rinse the garbanzo beans under cold water.
  • Place the beans in the pressure cooker with water and salt.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
  • Let the pressure release naturally before opening the lid.
  • Drain the beans and season as desired.
