Water
Fill the Instant Pot with water until it reaches the max fill line.
Instructions:
Place the turkey carcass in the Instant Pot.
Add in the onion, carrots, celery, garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and peppercorns.
Fill the Instant Pot with water until it reaches the max fill line.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 120 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally.
Carefully strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
Discard the solids and store the broth in containers in the fridge or freezer.
Notes:
This broth is perfect for soups or sipping on its own. It's a great way to use up leftover turkey carcass and get all the nutrients from the bones.
