Ingredients:  

  • 8 pieces chicken (drumsticks, thighs, or breasts)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 units eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking oil for browning

Instructions: 

  • Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
  • Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Preheat the pressure cooker and add cooking oil.
  • Brown the chicken pieces in batches in the pressure cooker.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Release the pressure and carefully remove the chicken.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
