chicken broth

heavy cream

dried thyme

Salt and pepper

olive oil
Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
Sear chicken breasts until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
Add thyme, then return chicken to the pot.
Close the lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release pressure, remove chicken, and set aside.
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, add heavy cream, and simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to the pot, coat with sauce, and serve.
