Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 200 g paneer, cubed
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • Stir in ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add green peas and paneer cubes. Mix well.
  • Close the Instant Pot with the lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and open the lid. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
