Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add green peas and paneer cubes. Mix well.
Close the Instant Pot with the lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and open the lid. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
