Worcestershire sauce

olive oil
Instructions:
Season the round steak with salt and pepper.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Sear the steak on both sides until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add the onions and garlic to the Instant Pot and sauté until softened.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then return the steak to the pot.
Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 20 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
Slice the steak against the grain and serve with the onion gravy.
Notes:
For best results, slice the steak against the grain. This will ensure the meat is tender.
