Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a trivet in the pressure cooker.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker.
  • Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully remove the meatloaf from the pressure cooker.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
