Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta

Instructions: 

  • Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick release and carefully remove the chicken.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the pot.
  • Add the uncooked pasta to the pot and set to high pressure for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Once done, season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
