Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir to combine.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Open the lid, stir the sauce, and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve over pasta or use in your favorite recipes.
Notes:
This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for up to 3 months.
