  • 4 turkey legs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season the turkey legs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour chicken broth into the pressure cooker.
  • Place the seasoned turkey legs in the pressure cooker.
  • Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Carefully remove the turkey legs from the pressure cooker.
  • Optional: Broil the turkey legs in the oven for a crispy skin.
