Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup farro
  • 2 cups water or broth
  • to taste Salt

Instructions: 

  • Rinse the farro under cold water.
  • Place the farro and water (or broth) in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Fluff the farro with a fork and season with salt to taste.
  • Serve as a side dish or in salads.

Notes:

For extra flavor, use broth instead of water. You can also add herbs and spices to the cooking liquid for additional taste.
