Instructions:
Rinse the farro under cold water.
Place the farro and water (or broth) in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Fluff the farro with a fork and season with salt to taste.
Serve as a side dish or in salads.
Notes:
For extra flavor, use broth instead of water. You can also add herbs and spices to the cooking liquid for additional taste.
