Instructions:
Place the carrots and water in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and remove the lid.
Stir in the butter, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Select the sauté function and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve the glazed carrots garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes:
For a different flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the glaze.
