Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 beef heart, cleaned and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  • Add the beef heart and brown on all sides.
  • Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the beef broth and add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
