Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the rice in the pressure cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the rice.
  • Close the pressure cooker lid and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes before doing a quick release.
  • Serve the chicken and rice hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
