Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork loin cut into chunks
  • 1 lb sauerkraut drained
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season pork with salt and pepper.
  • Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add pork and brown on all sides.
  • Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  • Add sauerkraut, caraway seeds, and chicken broth.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a more intense flavor, let the dish sit for a few hours before serving.
