Instructions:
Season pork with salt and pepper.
Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add pork and brown on all sides.
Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add sauerkraut, caraway seeds, and chicken broth.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
