  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: 

  • Place chicken, chicken broth, pasta, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and open the lid. Stir the pasta to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add a bit of butter to the dish before serving. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
