  • 2 tablespoons yogurt starter culture

Instructions: 

  • Pour the coconut milk into the Instant Pot.
  • Press the Yogurt button and adjust the time to 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours, remove the pot from the Instant Pot and let it cool.
  • Add the yogurt starter culture and mix well.
  • Cover the pot with a lid and let it sit at room temperature for 4-6 hours.
  • Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes:

Ensure the coconut milk is well mixed before starting. You can add sweeteners or flavorings after the yogurt is set.
