Instructions:
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt the butter.
Add the rice and vermicelli, stirring constantly until lightly browned.
Pour in the chicken broth and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
