Instructions:
Add ziti pasta, marinara sauce, and water to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and stir in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
