Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 8-10 pieces pepperoncini peppers

Instructions: 

  • Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  • Place butter on top of the chicken.
  • Add pepperoncini peppers on top.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Serve the chicken with the sauce from the Instant Pot.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick and flavorful meal. Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice for a complete dinner.
