paneer, cubed

Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the ghee or oil.
Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion is soft.
Add the cumin seeds, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the water and deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Add the frozen spinach and paneer. Season with salt.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 2 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and open the lid.
Stir in the heavy cream.
Serve the palak paneer hot with rice or naan.
Notes:
Serve with basmati rice or naan for a complete meal.
