Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil. Sear the ribs on both sides until browned.
Add water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside. Place the ribs on the trivet.
Close the Instant Pot, set to high pressure for 25 minutes, and allow for a natural pressure release.
Preheat your oven broiler.
Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil in the oven for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can marinate the ribs in the BBQ sauce overnight before cooking.
