Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lb turkey breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Season the turkey breast with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and pour in the chicken broth.
  • Put the seasoned turkey breast on the trivet.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Remove the turkey breast from the Instant Pot and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Make sure to let the turkey rest before slicing to retain its juices.
