  • 2 lbs beef shank cut into pieces
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 large potato quartered
  • 1 bunch bok choy
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water enough to cover the beef

Instructions: 

  • Place beef shank, onion, and garlic in the Instant Pot.
  • Add enough water to cover the beef.
  • Pressure cook on high for 30 minutes.
  • Release pressure, then add corn and potatoes.
  • Pressure cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Add bok choy and fish sauce, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Pressure cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
