Instructions:
Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Sear the beef tenderloin on all sides until browned.
Add the beef broth, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 20 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Remove the beef tenderloin from the Instant Pot and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve the beef tenderloin with the cooking juices as a sauce.
Notes:
