Instructions:
Rinse the sticky rice until the water runs clear, then soak it in water for 20 minutes.
In the Instant Pot, add the soaked rice, coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Serve the sticky rice with sliced mangoes on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Notes:
For best results, use ripe and sweet mangoes. You can also add a pinch of salt to the coconut milk for a more balanced flavor.
