Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup sticky rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Rinse the sticky rice until the water runs clear, then soak it in water for 20 minutes.
  • In the Instant Pot, add the soaked rice, coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Serve the sticky rice with sliced mangoes on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes:

For best results, use ripe and sweet mangoes. You can also add a pinch of salt to the coconut milk for a more balanced flavor.
