Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies 10 oz
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions: 

  • Place the cubed Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, milk, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is up, do a quick pressure release.
  • Stir the queso dip until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve the queso dip warm with tortilla chips.

Notes:

This queso dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop before serving.
